The fediverse address (sometimes also called Mastodon compatible username or fediverse handle), is basically a “user account” you can find me at on web services that support ActivityPub & following people by their fediverse address. Mastodon is by far the most popular, but should also be possible on Misskey, Firefish (formerly known as Calckey), micro.blog and others.

Search me with that address on any place online that supports ActivityPub (Mastodon for example), and you’ll be able to follow things happening here on blog from the comfort of your chosen platform.

And although ActivityPub ain’t exactly mainstream yet, maybe Threads by Instagram will change that?
